The Project

Born from a passion to create unique and immersive technologies that transform life experiences, d&b’s groundbreaking Immersive Technology Experience Centre (ITEC) is the first of its kind in Europe, to host a comprehensive suite of the most inspirational and advanced technologies that shape the future of audience entertainment.

The Brief

Transforming and regenerating a disused cinema at London’s world-renowned Science Museum into an innovative and inclusive space where technology could engage and transcend boundaries, whilst connecting with people and the wider community.

The Solution

Deployed across five bespoke studio environments, ITEC delivers complete sensory engagement through sound, video, lighting and multi-media technologies – encompassing spatial audio, virtual production, virtual reality and extended reality.
