The Project
After working alongside Next for the past 20 years, we felt privileged to be working with them on their conference and 40th Birthday party at the NEC, Birmingham in 2022. We delivered full 360° event production, including creative design, scenic, staging, rigging, lighting, audio, video and even choosing food vans, interactive performers & musical acts.
The Brief
We needed to provide a conference space for 550 people in the day time, dividing walling to house pop up Next shops, 28 custom exhibition stands with screens on and an evening party for 3500 people.
The Solution
We created a conference space that was used in the day & then turned around to be the main stage at the Festival themed party. We provided a second stage area, multiple fairground rides, a silent disco dance zone, food stalls, custom bars and furniture. Plus a full technical solution and all aspects of the brief.
